All about yours truly.

Just a little introduction.

Hello everyone my name is Emily and blogging is a brand new world for me, and let me tell you I'm getting confused (although it doesn't take a lot to confuse me)  Hopefully you will help me along the way on my blogging journey and i will slowly learn.

Any who welcome to my blog 'The Cake Room.'

I run a little business called 'Emily's Tiers Of Joy' you can find me on Facebook and Instagram. However I decided to start a blog and share my creations separate from my selling sites. 

Like i said above my name is Emily and i have been baking now for around 5 years, however I have only recently kick started it all again whilst being on maternity leave after having my beautiful baby boy! I have now made it my mission to make a career from my baking for mine and my family's future!

I love to bake and cook but I most definitely have a sweet tooth so its mainly all things sweet for me. My favourite bakes are cupcakes,brownies,doughnuts and of course cakes!
Things I'd love to learn and improve on are most definitely Hand painted cookies-  as I think there something beautiful and elegant about them.

Like I said this is really just a space for me to release some creativity and share some of my goodies. Hope you like my posts and try them out and if you do I'd love to see the results! Also if you have any ideas  on what you'd like me to make let me know!
